07/22/08 4:09 PM	Aaron abever@vims.edu 360-708-9355		My roommate got laid off, so now I am looking for another roommate. I rent an old farmhouse on about 20 to 50 acres, quite a bit. The house has two upstairs bedrooms and one bath, a living room, kitchen, another room downstairs, and some storage sheds. There is a dock, fields, and some woods. Rent is month to month, and a total of 650 split two ways. Electricity will add to that a little. The house is pretty much furnished, with kitchen stuff, washer and dryer, and couches and chairs and what not. Located 10-15 minutes from VIMS, depending on how you hit the lights. Currently there is no cable or landline telephone turned on. There is no central air, but a window ac unit will cool a bedroom down nicely. We have bow hunting rights for the property (deer and turkey) and were catching puppy drum and croaker off the dock this weekend. The house lacks creature comforts, but makes up for it in character. It includes: 2 (equally sized) bedrooms, living room, kitchen, screened in porch, bathroom, sideroom and a HUGE backyard. I've lived in the house for 3 years, the landlords are awesome (VIMS alums) and my roommate is moving out in mid-June, so I am looking for someone to move in afterwards. House is mostly furnished, and I own a dog, who gets along w/ everybody - humans and other dogs. Incoming roommate is also welcome to have a dog, but no cats! Rent is $350/mo (+ one month's deposit) and we'll share the utilities bills. It is in a super quite, wooded neighborhood with dock access (to Perrin Creek off the York). Thanks!

A brand new, never been lived in house has just opened up five minutes from VIMS off of Tidemill. It has four bedroom, 2.5 baths, 2 living rooms, gas fireplace, large 2-car garage, brand new appliances, large kitchen, carpeted floors, back porch, breakfast nook, pet friendly; I do own a jack russell who gets along with other animals (dogs and cats). The best part is, it is only $1550/mo; for all the math majors that breaks down to $387.50/person! It is in a quiet neighborhood, and woods line the back yard for a little more privacy. We are in need of two more people who want a cheap, clean, close to work place to live. This is honestly the best house for the absolute cheapest price anyone is going to find. We have pictures of the house and all the rooms for anyone that is interested in seeing them. If you, or anyone you know is looking for a place to live, or hates the place they live now, please forward this on to them.

House is currently occupied by a VIMS student and a recent VIMS graduate and two friendly cats. All common rooms in the house are completely furnished. Townhouse is ~ 6 years old has washer/dryer, central heat/air, off-street parking, and deck.
